Five Star Kickboxing and the instructors are great! I have been going there for about 9 months now, and I love it. The classes are hard, but very modifiable, and there is a wide range in fitness level, so it’s not overly intimidating or too hard for even beginner levels! I’ve gained muscle and gone down a size, even without modifying eating habits. For me, it’s been a great stress reliever and has helped with managing work stress. The atmosphere is fun and supportive, with attentive and supportive instructors…Overall, it’s a great gym with a fun and supportive environment! Would highly recommend!!

If you're on the fence on trying something new I'd say to just come try it. No matter what fitness level you're at you will find that this is a family not a place of judgement. My entire family goes to Five Star and loves it. My kids go early in the morning when they don't have school because they consider it fun and welcoming. Come give it a shot, you will not be disappointed!

If you enjoy martial arts inspired workouts that are fun and keep both your mind and body engaged, fitness kickboxing might be a great fit for you! Instructors Paul, Anthony and Sonya are all experienced and each offers their own unique flair to their workouts. Each workout is different, so you wont get bored! I have been a member for 7 months now and everyone in the class is supportive and positive. You will be challenged! My advice - if you're "waiting to get fit" before joining, dont wait, get in there and just do it! You will be pushed to exert yourself, but go at your own pace. If you have an injury or physical limitation, don't let that stress you out, many exercises can be modified or substituted. Invest in your personal health today, you wont regret it!

Not only is Five Star kickboxing a guaranteed sweat sesh, but I’ve also gotten stronger. When I started I could barely do a modified push up in just a few short months I can now do 10 pushups unbroken

Five Star Kickboxing is truly an amazing place! When I started, I had no idea what I was doing. I had never done anything like this, and was totally intimidated. The coaches at Five Star truly made me feel welcome, helped me learn and kept me motivated. Their energy and enthusiasm is truly infectious and keeps me motivated! I especially love the ability to go at my own pace, and modify if needed. On top of all that, the place is immaculate, and the members are wonderful! ️️️️️⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Five star gym has a perfect combination of fun kickboxing and cardio moves that will improve your fitness level quickly. I have been going since January and already lost 25 lbs and feeling stronger everyday. The 45 minute workouts are easy to follow and you can put as much energy into the moves as you want to. All the instructors are super nice and offer you a great workout, but always different each day to make it interesting. If you love cardio-kickboxing and want a fun workout class to join, this is the place to go!

Absolutely love Five Star Kickboxing! As someone who despises boring cardio, this is a great solution. I cut down my heavy weight training in place of this and seeing great results. Even with all my joints challenges, I manage to get through the class and feel better because of it. Try it! I can't imagine you won't like it.......

I joined Five star Kickboxing about 5 months ago. I look forward coming to these fun, high energy, “party like” classes. The 45 minute classes go by so quickly. The instructors are incredible and the music always keeps you pumped up!

Wish Five Star was closer to my house so I could attend more often!!! It's so much fun, as well as being good for me. I love the music, the energy, and the variety in the workouts. I can get my cardio and strength training in one stop.
