What to expect:

All classes are instructor led, high energy and FUN! Classes go for 40-45 minutes but feel like they are done in the blink of an eye. The music is bumpin’ , the lights are low and it feels more like a party than a workout. The results however, prove that you are in fact getting the best workout of your life.

You can expect to work up a sweat while learning basic kickboxing techniques and combinations. The class will also incorporate a little bootcamp style high intensity interval training (HIIT) to challenge your cardiovascular system, build strength and crush calories. The instructor will provide detailed instructions and demonstrate the techniques so that you can keep up and get the most out of each class. You are always encouraged to move at your own pace and modifications will be offered (if needed). Whether you are crushing the heavy bag or letting the battle ropes fly, we will be by your side guiding and coaching you all the way through.

Our classes are designed so everyone can workout together. Whether you are in peak physical condition or haven’t done a push up since junior high gym class, all abilities are welcomed with open arms. The atmosphere and the incredible teammates make working out fun. No-one ever feels judged, instead, everyone feels included when you step on the mats here at Five Star. We have been blessed to have the most supportive/encouraging instructors AND members.
